Response: i know my picture only showed the front seat...but there is a back seat as well...i'm sure it's three pieces total. i am not in a big rush just yet since i haven't paid for the seats...i want to get the shipping situation in order first... when do you need a firm answer? will you negotiate some on the price? Question: At this time we have enough room to deliver your items. If you accept my bid I can reserve your spot on the trailer. Response: i understand completely. thank you for your candor. i am awaiting an answer from the holder of the seats as to whether he's removed the covers or not. once i know i will get back to you about the shipping. would $250 be acceptable? that's double the cost of the item for me (not that it really matters to you, but it makes me question why i would buy something that's so expensive to ship). anyway, i am very grateful for your cooperation and patience. i will keep you informed as i find out more from my seller in new york. again, let me know when you are scheduled to be in the pick up area so i'll know by when i need to have a firm decision made. btw...this is my first time to use this kind of service. so far, i am very impressed. Response: well, i had an answer typed but it disappeared with an updated answer. bottom line is that i need to get my wife's approval for shipping cost and then go from there. i may be having to attend a funeral this week or next. (1/10/2006)
Question: We can work around any needs you may have from the funeral. I am based out of the St Louis area, I have no problem going home for a coupple days before delivering your seats. Response: it's just a regular bumper from a 78 nova...probably a little longer than the seat, but smaller in overall size. .... .... you're on ....... how do you want to do the payment? i can't pay anything until friday (payday). but is it 1/2 up front and 1/2 on delivery or in full prior to pick up or in full at destination? let me know how you want to work it out. thanks...rusty update: my wife's grandmother passed away this morning. please make a bid so i can confirm this transaction and pay you this weekend.
