Grandmas decided the traveling back and forth from NY to Florida each year is too much for her so she has sold her little mobile home down there, will be up in NY year round, There are alot of medium, size boxes packed and ready to go with this move, THe boxes are the kind you buy at Staples for putting files in etc. . Several large floor fans., Everything has been moved out to the back room (Except the couch) and stacked neatly waiting to be moved, it is ground level, Step right out the door into the driveway and onto your truck etc,
WE ARE VERY FLEXABLE!
Most of the furniture has been sold with the mobile home,,EXAMPLE IF AT THE LAST MINUTE THE DRYER WONT FIT ON YOUR TRUCK WE WILL JUST LEAVE IT!! We would really love to have Grandmas 1994 Ford Escort wagon shipped up along with her other items,, she hates to leave it in Florida, BUT WE WILL CONSIDER OFFERS WITH MOVING THE CAR AND ONES WITHOUT THE CAR.We could probably have one or two men in Silver Springs to help load up and we can have three men in NY to unload. Unloading in Corning NY up two little steps , or can use handicapped ram

Response: A semi should have no problem at either location, Pick up in a mobile home park and drop off private home. easy access, only 2 miles off RT 86, (rt 17)Had a semi in the drive way before, Would the Ford Escort wagon be able to go along in your truck? Question: yes Grandma's car can ride in trailer with the rest of her belongings. I will provide you a 53' enclosed trailer with pads, straps, dollies, and most important ramps. you provide loading/unloading labor; we will show your help how to load it, make sure they pad her furniture and whatnots and where to put what. no need to leave anything behind it will all fit. will do this for $2700 will require $500.00 due on bid acceptance with the rest due on delivery. please let me know if you would like a formal bid on this. thx ron (10/16/2006)

Response: Thank you for your offer, I am checking with my brother who is down there in Florida, There might be less stuff left than I realized, alot should fit inside car. I did forget to list a small, take apart Rascal-like handicap scooter which will be going. We need to keep this as reasonable as possible, Our family left NY two weeks ago today in Grandmas full size van pulling her 10 by 5 foot enclosed trailer, to bring her stuff back up here. Tranny went in VA, now 2 weeks later and $1,000 motel and rental car etc espenses and $2100 in tranny repair we are back in NY . Drove van and trailer home from repair shop in VA believing it was all fixed. Soon realized it was not!! Van tranny only has 3 and 4th gear,. no 1st or 2nd gear. Even after the vans tranny is finally fixed correctly we have decided not to attempt the trip again,. not much money left for the move! Question: tell you what; for $1200.00 you load, unload. we will give you enough space for car. we will install our second floor in the trailer (this is called a deck) that will be as long as your car and as wide as the trailer and aprox 4'6" tall you can load what ever you can fit in that space plus your grandma's car. you need to be a little flexible on your load date, It would not be no more than 3 weeks and as soon as 2 days from now. this is the best I can do for you. ps your car should take anywhere from 15' to 20' need to know make and model to tell you exactly how much room. inside height is 9' floor to ceiling. thxs ron (10/17/2006)

Question: hi again, price is for you load/unload you can usually get really inexpensive "day labor at your local home depot" our driver could help you but would be an addittional $200.00 and you would pay that to the driver.
