I'm very friendly, clean, and non-smoking. I've traveled all over the world and love talking about it. I have some crazy stories!
  • Trip Desciption:See additional info, but I am a law student going home for Christmas. I was going to fly, but I would really like to take my wonderful pup home with me and he's too big for an airplane. So, I am looking for a ride home with someone. I am very personable and friendly and clean. I don't smoke. My only bad habit is being a law student, and it hasn't corrupted me too much yet;)
Additional Information: I am going home to Arizona for my Christmas break from law school in Miami. I am very easy to get along with, very clean and laidback. I don't smoke or have any bad habits besides being a law student:) I have a great dog, Deus, who I want to bring home with me. Unfortunately he is too large to fly on a plane and I don't have a car to get home. I would love to have him at home to spend the holidays with my family than leave him here to be taken care of by friends I don't know all that well. So, I thought I would give this a try. Deus is the most well behaved Ridgeback you'll ever encounter. My fiance is a vet student at Cornell who espertly trained him. I run about 4 miles a day with Deus and he just sleeps all day on the couch. I never thought my big back yard would get so little use; he prefers the a/c to an acre of grass and trees. So, I would like to find someone making the trip from Miami to AZ who would like our company. I could also fly home if you only have room for Deus, but I would be happy to come along for the ride! Question: I worked on the ramp and reservations for Continental Airlines for 16 years. He's too big for in the cabin, but the largest size kennel would accomodate him below, therefore you could fly with him. Latest vetrinarian papers, and about $125 max plus your airfare roundtrip should do it for most any airline that flies full size aircraft i.e. 737/757/767. He might be a little too big for regional jet aircraft. I live in Louisville so if it wasn't so far out of my way, I'd offer, but hope the above information helps...good luck! /Mark (11/1/2008)
Question: If you really want to ride from Miami if you could get to the truck stops in Ft Pierce just ask around and I am sure you could find someone up there going that way if not going all the way he could call on the CB and find another truck. Question: USAIRWAYS RETIRED HERE USAIRWAYS FLY'S BIG ENOUGH AIRCRAFT IN TO PHX BUT NOT BIG ENOUGH FROM PHX TO TUCSON BUT IF YOU FLY WITH HIM IN THE CARGO MAKE SURE YOU TELL THE THE FIGHT ATTENDENT TO TELL THE PILOT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE GATE THAT YOUR DOG IS IN THE CARGO HOLE SO THAT IT IS PRESSURIZED (12/6/2008)
