Response: the rate going to contonou from jersey is $8400, from jersey to tincan $16500. twice a month service from jersey to contonou. up to 44days sail time. direct service is 18 days, but usually for container shipments. (7/29/2008)

Response: This vessel makes stops in europe and reroute to west africa. I know 44 days is a long time. However, it's better than the current situation with machinery going to africa. The other way is not leaving out until november this year. So, this way is a little better. thanks (7/29/2008)
