Response: Everything is in working order on the trailer (except for the tire) Was being used by a crew when the back tire messed up. They broke the tire on off and tied the back axle up - no repair shop available, so we had to leave the trailer in IL and purchase another trailer for the crew to use to continue working. However, one transport company has already tried to pickup and tow. Once he arrived, he called and said that it could not safely be pulled that far and we had to cancel our contract.12/11/2009

Response: It is at a trailer manufacturing plant. So yes, someone should be able to help you during business hours. Which are 8:30 - 5:00 I believe. I would have to confirm their hours when we scheduled pickup.12/29/2009
