Response: We will work at assigning a driver to this shipment and we will not exercise the "book it now" feature until we have officially assigned a driver to the shipment. Upon assignment, a dispatcher will call you by telephone to confirm pickup and delivery address and obtain other relevant information to the transport. Response: It is highly probable that we will exercise the "book it now" today considering we have a driver we can assign going this way and who is setup with a winch to load inoperables. Please make sure a good phone number is on file with Uship so we can contact you immediately, and make sure the pickup and delivery addresses are complete along with contact names and phone numbers.
