Question: Hello there. I am sure you realize that freight is expensive and that is why you are using uship. I understand this, but could not do this for $75. I am in Springfield now, and will be heading to Yorba Linda starting Saturday.I could pick these up tomorrow, and deliver them Sunday. I would not be able to do this for any less than $150. Diesel in Socal is $4.50 per gallon, and all of my shipments are fully insured. If this will work, let me know. Rob (4/11/2008)
Question: Hello, Jazzyrunner05 here. Thanks for the bid request! We will need until the first of May to be sure that we will be heading that far South on our next round of deliveries. We were broke down for over a month before we were able to sell off some stuff, get another truck, and get back on the road. Now we are fifteen jobs behind, and we need to catch these jobs up, plus take smaller stuff when it is close to another job. We are in the Bay Area now, and we will be heading to PA, then back to So Cal via Vegas, and Fresno before heading back up to Portland. Then we have to go to the Bay Area again before we head out to the East Coast. If we could deliver these seats for you, the earliest would be the second week in May. Response: Thank you for the response. I live 11 miles from Marcola but these would take up as much room as a motorcycle in the truck and that is why it is expensive. A cycle varies from $350 to $500 and that is why my rate is what it is. I wish Diesel was cheaper but our government deems otherwise.
