Question: Will there be an asistant on the loading and unloading for the 3-pc slate and 1-pc frame? (5/24/2008)
Response: Unless the pickup is on a weekend, it is unlikely that there will be anyone to provide loading assistance. Unloading assistance will be provided in Pittsburgh. I will double check on the loading part but I'm pretty sure it won't be available. (5/24/2008)
