Question: Elevator building or walk up? Any weekend deliveries allowed? How soon does this need to be done? We are located in Ronkonkoma, and a cargo van service would be offered. Are we bringing in the boxes or is this a "curbside" delievery where you would be making the delivery inside? We also have city freight for this week on 10th Ave by the Lincoln tunnel. If the scheduling could be worked out, we could do it with that and it would be even less in cost. Thanks, Ill be getting the schedule for the city freight today, ( Monday ). (9/14/2009)

Response: it's a walk up and I am on the 5th floor... I would need the boxes carried inside and up the stairs to my hallway, at least. I could probably move them in my unit myself. As far as days to ship, I was hoping for this week?? Maybe thurdsay? but I'm pretty flexible on dates.
Normally I wouldn't mind doing it on the weekend, however my aunt is going to be gone, and my boxes are in her garage. So it would need to be this week.
I hope this answered your questions!! (9/14/2009)

Response: Our freight for NYC is for Wednesday. I will check back tomorrow morning to make sure that we will have room for your items along with our stuff. If it all fits, $300 bid, AM pick up in PJ and we will have it delivered that evening. Are there specific hours allowed for deliveries, or is it an all day access thing. Payment due upon delivery, no pre-pay. You will have an answer from us by 11am Tuesday morning. (9/14/2009)

Response: It can be delivered anytime that day... i just need to know if my stuff will fit. When will you know if you have room? Wednesday would be perfect. And being on freight, what does that entail? I don't want my items crushed/damaged or subjected to the elements. If it rains and my boxes get soaked, I am screwed. How does your company move items? (9/14/2009)

Response: Ill know what room is available by Tuesday, 11am. "Freight" is just a term for the other items we are shipping to NYC. Your boxes will be moved in one of our trucks, ( see our profile pictures ). They are waterproof, regular "box trucks". ( No, box truck doesnt refer to moving boxes... it refers to the style of cargo area the tuck uses. ie , flatbed, dump body, box truck, trailer..ect.) Ill get you an answer by mid day tomorrow to leave you enough time to make a decision. Thanks again..

Question: Hi can we pick-up tomorrow afternoon by 3pm and delivery 6pm I place my bid under inxpensive (9/14/2009)

Response: I can't do tomorrow afternoon, that's a bit too soon. I would prefer something later in the week... like, thursday. (9/14/2009)

Response: okay we can do it on Wednesday or Friday. OR we can pick itr up tomorrow and hold it till whenver you want it deliever for free charge. (9/14/2009)

Response: i would rather not have my boxes/stuff being held anywhere... i would like for them to be picked up and moved on the same day. wednesday is better than friday for me and my aunt. let me sort thru these bids, but so far i think i like your offer and sense of urgency the best. i will let you know if i accept the bid or not in an hour or two. thanks! (9/14/2009)

Question: My pain in the butt client can't commit to a pallet count. To not overbook and risk damaging your items, we are going to have to pass on this one. If all else falls through, we'll check back at the end of the week. Good luck (9/15/2009)

Response: i might not get to ship my stuff this week after all, i have to work... and my aunt will be gone this weekend. my stuff is at her house. perhaps early next week? i will touch base with you next week. do you have anything planned for shipments/moves into the city next week? (9/15/2009)

Response: Yes we do, early next week. That schedule comes out Friday. Ill check back over the weekend (9/16/2009)
