There will be assistence to load and unload either end. Collection is from a bike shop so the owner will assist, and delivery is to a shipping warehouse/dock so the guys there will help to unload.

Response: Hi, I do wish your experience on uship had been a good one. I can hopefully help you out. I am mostly transporting boats at the time, but if the bike would be all right in the back of my truck, I could pick it up in the middle of the night tonight, then I'd be able to deliver it this week-end. I could drop it off at my place, where it would be safe, and continue with my deliveries. I have to go to TX twice this wk and back. But the bike would not be going, don't worry.
