Question: Hello, Do these have to be on a pallet, or can they be loaded loose? Thanks, Gene (10/18/2007)

Response: NO, the 10 boxes do not have to be on a pallet - I thought it might make it easier if they were though. What ever works best for the transporation company is fine with me -- as long as they arrive safely, all at the same time, and in perfect condition. (10/18/2007)

Response: Thanks for the fast response. The reason i asked is because i have a large enclosed trailer that has a drop down rear door. That makes it difficult to load something like a pallet. I'll be loading in the Poenix area 10/30-10/31. I have to wait for a couple of days for a confirmation on another bid, but if they don't accept, i would have plenty of room for your books. Thanks, Gene (10/18/2007)

Response: Gene:
When do you anticipate arriving in Peoria, Illinois? Any idea what you would charge me?
Thank you!

Response: Ellen, Thanks for getting back to me. I'll be loading in the Phoenix area on the 30th-31st, so i'd have to be able to pick them up then, i'd like to dely. by late the 1st. I have a previous bid that i have to wait for first, to see if i'll have the room, that expires tommorow. Do you think these dates would work? Thanks, Gene (10/19/2007)

Question: Hi there, do you know the size of the boxes? That would sure help in giving an accurate quote and to determine room on trailers. Thanks so much, Marcos (10/18/2007)

Response: Sorry - I do not have the dimensions - I am waiting on the bindery and most likely won't have the information you are requesting until early next week.
I am shipping books which are 5" x 8" and they tell me 50 books will fit in a box. I am shipping 500 books at this time. (10 boxes)Sorry I am not able to provide more specifics a this time.
I hope this info can at least give you some idea.
Thank you for contacting me. What company are you with?
