is this a new trailer. how good tires. does it have brake system?

Response: Been told it has only been used twice to launch and retrieve boat then had new tires and serviced to haul boat from az to Bellevue. Triple axle with electric with hydraulic brakes. 2' 5/16" hitch with adjustable height4/30/2012
