Additional Information: We purcahsed these cabinets and need them brought back to us. By chance, there may be a few more than 34. We need the bidder to provide labor for retrieving our cabinets and assume full responsibility for succesfully loading and delivering to Alabama. Each cabinet weighs approx 200 pounds and you should figure that 34 will take up nearly a full 24 foot box truck. You will need to load in Kansas but you will have help when unloading in Alabama. Payment in full will be given upon successful completion.

Response: I don't mind someone bringing half at a time but we can only pay what it is worth to bring all in a single trip. If spitting means it costing us more, then we aren't interested. Thanks, David (2/21/2007)

Question: hello it is 10:43pm on thursday night. I see that you are on the computer so i hope you answer this right away. I have a 40ft flatbed gooseneck trailer and can no problem fit all of your file cabinets on my trailer and deliver for $1200. Can pick up friday or saturday and deliver monday morning. Response: Thank you for your offer. These cabinets are being picked up from a government agency so pickup times are a little tight. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 2:30p.m. , Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. I will try to make a decision before the offer expires but it is more than we have budgeted and may have to continue looking for a carrier, but will let you know. Question: i put in another bid for 1000. That is as low as i will go. I can't go any lower than that. If you try to do it then you wil have to pay for fuel and it will also take you three days, plus motels, food, maintenance. Response: I just called the place where you would pickup. The load can't be picked up till after Monday. Our money order hasn't reached them as yet, so it may be Monday before they receive it. We will pass along the pickup contact info, to the winning carrier, so you can schedule your time with them. It works much smoother that way, since we aren't in that town. We have the equipment but lack the desire to make this run so we may still let you do it. Is Monday the only pickup day for you? We would rather leave it up to you to set up an appointment with the place we purchased but as of today, it will be at least Tuesday before pickup is possible. Thanks, David (2/23/2007)

Question: all that you are going to have to pay is the uship fees they are charging me which should be less than $100. The balance is due at deliver. Very normal. Everything is secure through uship. Normally alot of people and sometimes i do too, demand partial payment up front so that i am not driving on my own money in case i get stiffed. But i am not making you do that, so be assured uship is a national website and they won't mess you over. Thanks, again. Response: I am the pastor, so to speak, of the association which is called Restoration House Ministries. WE are in Gadsden, AL and buy and sell things to raise money for ministries we feel have been starved for resources because of competition minded thinking. We feel it necc to be an answer rather than a compainer to a problem most all know exists. Anyway, you will recieve our website link, which has the form to fill out, if we are able to accept your bid. I feel comfortable with your bid but we don't feel comfortable with changing the terms of the load, since it was posted with full payment with successful completion. We also feel it isn't fair to expect us to change our policy when we have already stated how we will pay. Either someone agrees and wants the load or they don't. It is us who are going on the limb because we don't have the merchandise and have never met you.
