Question: Hi shipper, we can easily do this shipment for you. We have a 24ft box truck with a lift gate. We're from the Philadelphia area (Cheltenham Twp.) My driver will be heading out west the week of June 15th. We can make pick up on June 12th or June 14th, while ever dates are better for you. We can do this shipment for 1200, we're family owned & operated, and fully insured. Do you have a list of the stuff you want transported in storage? Let me know if this is good for you ASAP. Thanks, Tracey (5/29/2009)

Question: Hi Jason, thanks for the quick reponse, yes it's door to door service, and as long as my driver has help to load/unload, it's no problem. We can make pick up either the 12th or the 14th which ever day is more convient for you. Let me know whats good for you ASAP. Thanks, Tracey (5/29/2009)

Response: OK, sounds good! Just a few more questions: Since there will be multiple shipments on the truck, how will the loads be segregated? Also, is there any way that we can target the following weekend for delivery (June 20-21)? I realize there are no guarantees, but it would work best for me due to my work schedule. Thanks, Jason (5/29/2009)

Response: Hi Jason, thanks again for the quick response. Sure no problem for the target dates for delivery. It would be alot easier if you had tags on your shipment, but my driver always load the truck in sections so our customers belongs are seperated. Let me know if this works for you. Thanks again, Tracey (5/29/2009)

Response: For the loading in sections, does that mean he installs some sort of partition or other physical barrier? Or should I consider buying a tarp to put over my part of the load?
That's great to hear about the target dates; definitely makes things easier for me.
Thanks, Jason (5/29/2009)

Response: Hi Jason, thanks again for the quick reponse. A tarp would be great if you could do that. He doesn't put up a partition or anything like that. Pretty much it's like this your shipment would be on one side of the truck and the other shipment would be on the other side. We treat everyones shipment as if it was our own. The driver is my fiance. Let me know if this is good for you. Thanks again, Tracey (5/29/2009)

Response: That sounds just fine. One last question - is there a way to secure the load? For example, can we use tie-downs to secure the load to the interior walls of the truck? (5/29/2009)

Response: We have straps, and tie downs but the more the better (5/29/2009)

Response: Ok great! I'm ready to accept your bid. What do you require in terms of payment/deposit? Will there be a written and signed contract or terms of agreement? (5/29/2009)
