Response: Help will definitely be available loading the cargo at its origination. It is also possible that help will be available unloading the cargo. The destination is a warehouse where cargo is stored awaiting shipment overseas so someone will most likely be there to unload. (1/9/2008)

Response: My budget is limited to $250. Since I initially submitted requests for bids, I have reduced the items I am shipping to 2 king size bed frames, two single bed frames and one entertainment center with dimensions 30"wide x 46"high x 20" deep. I may also send a small tub or barrel with laundry detergent, dry food stuff and paper products. I am no longer shipping dressers. I have received quotes from other shippers of $198 to $209. Response: For the items you want shipped, 198.00 or 209.00 is quite cheap. But you do get what you pay for, hopefully those quotes come from actual shippers and not folks who'll just toss your goods into the back of a pickup truck. Which, unfortunately, is not uncommon here on uship. We however, are a professional moving company with over 20 years of experience. Our box trucks have plenty of room for your goods, our crew of experienced movers will take great care with your items; blanket wrapping and shrink wrapping without extra cost to you.
