Response: The furniture is ready (i.e. nothing in drawers, etc), but need to verify I'd have someone at the house to meet you. Response: Thanks for the quick response. 5-10 days between pickup and delivery is no problem if we can get notice from you during that time with a specific delivery date so we can arrange for receipt of the items.
The pickup location is in a gated community with strict requirements which we need cover with you before we can move ahead on this:
1) Moving hours are 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. either Fri 2/29 or Sat 3/1 (just need a few days notice which day it will be)
2) Moving vehicle no longer than 50 feet total length
3) Moving vehicle no heavier than 26,000 pounds total weight (2&3 are primarily due to narrow roads with tight turns and a small bridge)
Please confirm that you will ensure compliance with these 3 items as the security gate folks are not known for flexibility :)
Also, we have one addition piece of furniture (wooden rocker), one framed print (~24" x ~36"), and possibly one small box of books which will need to be moved along with the rest. Would this alter your bid any? Thanks

Response: Giving notice before pick up is no problem, however I would have to charge an addtional fee for renting a smaller truck to shuttle to my rig. ( probably 75.00 or less ). The additional items are no problem. Let me know as soon as you can. Thanks ~ Mike (2/8/2008)
