Question: Hello, Will there be a way to load and unload? Thanks. (11/5/2009)

Response: Yes there are fork lifts / cranes at the loading point and a forklift to offload in NJ. (11/5/2009)

Response: Okay, Thanks for getting back to us. (11/5/2009)

Question: I can pick it up tomorrow and deliver Sunday for $650 (11/5/2009)

Response: Can you deliver Monday morning? There will be no one available to offload on Sunday, unless you can drop it outside the fence.
Also I've just been told that it is not possible to put the anchor on a pallet. Will that affect your bid?
(11/5/2009)

Response: It will not need a pallet, I will be laying it long ways across the bunks of my tri axle boat trailer. I have to unload it Sunday because I have to be in Freeport NY monday morning and I think its a few hours away....Maybe first thing monday like 6 or 7 AM? (11/5/2009)

Response: Freeport NY is about 4 hours from Bridgeport NJ. 6 AM on Monday is doable. What time were you thinking of being here on Sunday?
(11/5/2009)

Response: anytime you need on sunday (11/5/2009)

Response: I am the receiver and I just spoke to sender in LA. This is what they gave me: Fully extended: 11ft 5in, but that includes the top shackle which can be folded down to bring the length to 10 feet. Width is 9.5 feet and 3 feet high. Weight is 5000 lbs.
What time in the afternoon/early evening would you be able to be here on Sunday? (11/5/2009)

Response: sorry 9'5" would need permits in every state, I can still do it but it cost alot more :( 6 am monday can work (11/5/2009)

Response: I just spoke to LA. They ship anchors all the time and say they can turn and place it so it does not become a permit load - but that would be on a flat bed. Since you have a tri axle boat trailer can you do the same? Most of the weight is at the bottom of the anchor where the shank gets wider and where the flukes are. The width is due to the stabilizer bar. Can you carry it vertical? Let me know. Thanks
(11/5/2009)

Response: no I cant stand it up, I have moved a few and never standing up, The only way I would feel safe is to lay it down with the stabilizers on the bunks (11/5/2009)

Response: So there's no way to avoid the permits? Is turning the anchor for a 3 point rest on the bunks not an option? Forgive my ignorance, but I'm not sure what the bunks on your trailer look like. Also is there an alternate to cash at 0600 on Monday? Gotta step out will be back online in 1 hour. Thanks (11/5/2009)

Response: I think its too heavy to try it, at least on my trailer, I would have to leave tonight if I was going to pick it up tomorrow but I cant do better then 1200, if that will work, let me know to bid and I will have it there Monday morning @ 6 am, thx Alex (11/5/2009)

Question: Would it be possible to get exact height and width dimensions? Either way you turn it it will be over width and need permits. Unless you shipped it standing up angled on the trailer. But that doesn't sound like a good idea. Thanks. (11/5/2009)

Response: I just called LA and this is what they gave me (I am the receiver):
Fully extended: 11ft 5in, but that includes the top shackle which can be folded down to bring the length to 10 feet. Width is 9.5 feet and 3 feet high. Weight is 5000 lbs.
Hope this helps. (11/5/2009)

Response: Okay, It does. Thanks. (11/5/2009)
