Question: I have an enclosed trailer I have designed specifically for hauling antique furniture, which I transport all around the West. I can save some room when I head to Wa. in a week or so. Will do this for around 475. check my profile and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks! (7/11/2007)

Response: Hi Ralph,
I haven't heard back in response to your question so I'm checking to make sure you got my email. This is the first time I've used this service, so I want to make sure I'm getting my answers to you.
I need to let another shipper know if I want to accept his bid, so I need to know ASAP if you can still take my things plus the mattress and bedsprings.
Thanks much! (7/13/2007)

Response: I havnt got any other responses. They should all appear on this question and answer page. So hopefully this one will go through. As far as I am concerned here we are good to go with what I have proposed. Let me know if you receive this, and if you have any other questions. Thanks again (7/13/2007)

Response: Hi Ralph,
I'm glad that my email got through this time - don't know what happened to my first one - must have disappeared into the email "black hole!" Anyway, I'm very interested and had a couple of questions which were in my first email, which I'll send off again here. First, my friend called and said she's including a dbl. size mattress & box springs, so I wanted to know how much more that would cost for you to bring them up. Secondly, I'm interested in getting insurance - would you let me know the details on that? Thanks much for getting back to me so quickly! Lise (7/13/2007)

Response: I will bring it up for 75 bucks. I will be on my family vacation from the 15th-22nd and am planning on coming up north after that. Will that timing work for you? (7/13/2007)

Response: That would work fine, Ralph. Would you let me know about the insurance? Thanks, Lise (7/13/2007)

Response: Were you able to get things figured out? I submitted the bid with the bed included and the Uship fee. Did you have any other concerns? Will be heading out this Wed. Be in touch! (7/21/2007)

Response: Hi Ralph,
Sorry not to get back to you sooner - I've been trying to catch up with my friend to make sure Wed. will work for her. I should hear tomorrow and will let you know as soon as I talk to her.
Thanks,
Lise (7/22/2007)

Response: Hi Lise,
I am back home and I can come up to SLC anytime now. In fact it would help if I could come up before I leave to Wa on Wed. Then I can have it all loaded and wrapped, and ready to roll. Let me know how soon she is available to get things loaded, Thanks again! (7/22/2007)

Response: Hi Ralph - I just heard back from my friends, Barb and Dan, and if you want to pick up the items early, Tues. a.m. would work best for them. If you'll give them a call, they'll set up the arrangements with you. How do I get their phone numbers to you, since I can't share them here? Can I do that once I accept your bid? I'll give that a try.
Let me know when you'll be arriving and I'll set up a time to meet you here. Also, what form of payment do you prefer? Talk to you soon - thanks much! Lise (7/22/2007)

Response: Once you accept the bid, we will then have each others phone numbers and we can talk. (7/22/2007)

Response: Got it! I just completed accepting the bid, so we'll touch base soon. (7/22/2007)

Question: Whoops, you need to put cargoinsurance@grw-products.com and that should work. Let me know! (7/13/2007)

Response: Thanks for your help, Ralph. I'll check out the insurance. Have a great vacation and I'll talk you when you get back. Travel safely! (7/13/2007)

Response: Thanks! You have a great week yourself! (7/14/2007)
