Special Handling Instructions:
This is a console organ. A good photo of one just like it can be found at: http://images02.olx.com/ui/1/58/83/7795583_1.jpg To save cost, I can prep the organ by removing the music stand, the pedals, and tying down the internal spring reverb unit. I also could take the place of one man on this job. I used to be a professional furniture mover.

Response: The pick-up location essentially has no steps. The front door has one step out onto the front porch. The front porch has one step out onto their front lawn. While a four-wheel dolly could not roll on this grass, maybe the homeowner would permit the truck to be backed up essentially right to the porch. [address removed] Collingswood, NJ (9/10/2009)

Response: It looks like my previous answer was truncated. It cut out the part about the delivery location, perhaps because I gave a URL for Google Maps to see a front view of the house. So, this time, I will just describe the delivery point. The house is close to the street. The cement front porch has six cement steps leading up to it. (9/11/2009)
