Question: Todd per earlier conversation I can ship this for $4300 with permits. This is over 8'6" Beam so it will need oversize permits. Let me know if you would like me to place a formal bid. Question: Todd, Noticed one of the bidders said you don't need oversize permits unless it is over 10' beam. US law is ANY LOAD over 8'6" wide or 13'6" tall requires permits. Any legal carrier is aware of this and all the weight stations they stop @ will most likely check to see if they have the proper permits for the oversize boat. Very easy to see that a boat is oversize since a trailers fenders sit @ 8'6" the boat would be hanging over the fenders which makes it very obvious that the load is oversize. (4/9/2008)
