Question: In response to your question. I have a 40 foot gooseneck trailer with center pop up. I also have a 12,000 lb winch. Response: Yes, I will still need the load transported. Sorry for the delay, but I am still waiting on an answer from Costa Rica Customs as to how much my import duties will be.
