Questions for this shipment:

Question: have you found someone to ship your piggy? im working on getting somethings to go that way...may not be able to do it by may 1st though..so i could hold him..maybe....ive had potbellies befor..they are characters...love them..lol...anyway...could do it for $125 if/when i get something else going that way...working on some horses...let me know...i will help you if i can..thanks cheryl (4/28/2008)
Response: Hi. Thanks for the email. He'll be coming in a size 400 dog crate and I understand he is up to 65 lbs. I really would like to have him by the weekend and am a little particular about where he would be held and these days with all of the swine illnesses - biosecurity. What type of holding pen/facility other than the dog kennel do you propose. Could you have a deadline of deliver by Saturday? Would be nice to work something out and save me a one-day round trip to Portland! (4/29/2008)
Response: wow..hes gotten alittle big...i dont have any pigs...so no swine diseases here...i have two horses and some dogs...i dont think i have anything big enough to house him...i thought he might be alittle smaller..i have a dog kennel but we would have to throw it up.. if we had to, we could probably put it in the horse trailer for a bit..so...im really hoping to know something way befor saturday..some people are just alittle slower to respond...so we are at their mercy...i will let you know...keep in touch as will i ..if you get someone to help maybe you could let me know....is this a barnyard pig..thanks for getting back to me... (4/29/2008)
Response: LOL. He will become a very large foundation boar for my breeding stock. I wish he were the price of a barnyard pig! I am a small (six sow) show pig breeder in Central Point. I usually AI, but decided to add a boar to my stock. My hopes are that we will produce competetive show pigs. A day in the horse trailer would be fine with water and feed. Let me know if you'll be down by Saturday. Otherwise, I will make the trek myself to Portland to bring him home if I don't hear from anyone else. (4/29/2008)
Response: alrighty...i will let you know...i could maybe help you out if you end up needing to come down to get him....he could hang out til you get here if we dont go that way..we will see....cheryl (4/29/2008)
Response: I will stay in touch. Thank! (4/29/2008)
