Response: I am interested in your proposal... but would like additional information.
1. How is piano packaged/wrapped?
2. Is my assumption right that it would be delivered in Bolton Sept 3-4?
3. Could I visit your facility and talk with you?
Many thanks! (8/20/2009)

Response: Hello Shipper, in my 25yrs of moving pianos, the proper way to move a babygrand piano is to remove legs and lyre, place it onto a piano board, padding then secure for transport. Uship rules does not allow us to share contact information. Once bid is accepted we can exchange all contact information. Delivery will be between the 3rd and 4th of Sept.,we will place our bid . Response: Many thanks for your bid.
I am checking with receing party if dates are OK.
Also is additional insurance available?
What would be the cost for $4,000 coverage?
Many thanks! (8/20/2009)

Response: Hi Shipper, we carry $100,000.00 cargo insurance, with no extra cost to our customers. (8/20/2009)

Response: We have a couple of additional questions:
1. Am I correct to assume that the quote includes unpacking and set up at the delivery site?
2. Is it correct to assume that the piano being combined with other shippments from this area to the NorthEast or is it an exclusive shippment of the piano only?
Many thanks! (8/21/2009)

Response: Hello Shipper, It is correct to assume we will set-up your piano, it is also correct to assume there will be other pianos and fine furniture. It is for that reason we are able to give you the good rates or the transport of your piano. Allpro (8/21/2009)
