Hi shipper, home for us is Seattle and we can pick up at any time. We're building a trip to the midwest, have other shipments in Kansas City and would love to transport your piano as we head east. How many steps at origin? I think 6 steps at delivery is manageable. Blanket wrap, shrink wrap, competitive bid - what is your budget for this move? There's a picture of Frank's packaging on our profile - click through the picures - it's the last one. And our best references are our feedback but we're happy to provide references. We like to bid after we've established contact with the shipper to be sure that our services match your needs. Do you prefer a book it now (better deal for you) or a regular bid for 860? Response: What is the difference between book it now and regular bid? I've never done this before! I do have possible piano music I would like to send along if that is for sure no extra charge. Will the piano bench be included in this estimate?6/6/2011

It will turn into book it now and I will grab it. Yes! bench included, sheet music and whatever else you'd like to include.
