Additional Information: I need this grain auger hauled. It is 50 feet long, but only 6 inches in diameter. The wheels are going to be removed, so it will lay flat on the trailer. I really need to split a load, or something along those lines, as this auger won't take up too much room. It can easily lay to one side. Report a Violation

Questions for this shipment:

Question: can this sit on the neck of the trailer( my trailer is only 40' long) but I've hauled longer loads before with no problems, will it hurt the shaft to lay up over the neck to make it shorter off the end of the trailer??? garfieldtotherescue (6/16/2009)
Response: it wont hurt anything to lay it up there. (as long as there is no other pressure on it) Let me know if you can help me out THanks (6/17/2009)
Response: I don't have a truck close to you right now,(we're based out of southern Okla.) but I can send a truck to do this load, but I can't do it for less than $1400( to the truck), sorry, If you can't get anyone for this run, holler back,ok. thanks.Garfieldtotherescue (6/18/2009)
Response: Thank you for the reply. I was wanting to know: if I waited a while longer, could you split a load for me? This auger is long, but very small in diameter (only 6 inches) This could easily lay to the side of something. Please let me know. I know it does not make any difference to you, but I bought this auger cheap cuz i couldnt afford a new(er) one..let me know if I can split a load with somebody; thereby reducing my costs (6/18/2009)
