Additional Information: There will be 2 large bookshelves, 2 medium-sized bookshelves, and 3 small bookshelves. Additionally, there will be LOTS of books. We will need to have the books packaged by the movers. Also, there may be 3-4 other boxes and a floor rug.

The apartment in Cambridge MA is located on the 3rd floor (no elevators). The items will need to be placed in the basement of the house in Piscataway. Report a Violation

Questions for this shipment: 

Question: what is your total on exact boxes... how many do you have already and how many are going to be needed by us... (4/20/2008)
Response: Hi we'll have 3-4 boxes ready to go and then we'll need you guys to help us pack our books. We have lots of books... Maybe around 750. We're not sure what's the best way to pack books- whether in boxes or wrapped in plastic. Thanks (4/20/2008)
Response: you do know that is alot of work... your looking at about 50 to 70 boxes plus tape.. packing them 2men about 3 hrs.. taken them down 3 flights of stairs.. and then alot of space on truck for that much stuff... we can give you complet package .. pack.. packing material.. loading .. unloading... and deliver for 1460.00 (4/20/2008)
Response: Thank you for your reply. I think your price is too high. We've shipped some of these books in the past and have easily put 25-40 books/box. (4/20/2008)

Response: We need to get a moving van permit for you guys to park and the City of Cambridge needs a 6-day advanced notice. So the earliest we can move is early next week. (4/20/2008)

Response: The 29th would be perfect. I am assuming that the packing and loading will all occur on the same day. Just so that you know, the parking permit will only be valid from 8am-4pm. Also, I just wanted to clarify a couple things before accepting your bid: 1. You will be bringing the packaging material (boxes and tape) for the books, correct? 2. What day do you think you will have the items delivered on? (4/21/2008)

Question: Our bid will be higher than your current lowest price, but we will be sending more people to packup I believe he works alone (4/21/2008)
Response: Sorry, but I just read all the details of your delivery plans. So I guess the delivery will happen on the same day as the pick-up. Also, you're more than welcome to come one day before (on the 28th) to do the packing, but we won't be home before 5pm. Also, I can't guarantee a spot for a big moving van on that date (Like I said earlier, we need to reserve these spaces in advance and it costs money- I am planning on reserving it for the day we actually move). We can, however, easily park a regular-sized van/car. (4/21/2008)
