Response: Basically. There may be a few more boxes, I am not certain yet. I am moving back to NYC and just need to get my clothes, books, etc. across the country. There is no furniture to be shipped.
Looking to spend $300-500. Would need a full receipt and such as I will be reimbursed for moving costs by AmeriCorps.

The pickup time will be the only tricky part. I am in the Bay Area from Jul 21-Jul 25. If pickup needs to occur on a weekend, it would have to be during the morning of Jul 25, before Noon. It absolutely cannot be late at all. Alternatively, it would be ideal if you could pickup Jul 24.
I would also need a detailed receipt, as my moving expenses will be reimbursed by AmeriCorps.
Please let me know if this could work for you. If so, and pending my review of some feedback, we have a deal. I may additionally have another 2-3 boxes. Not certain. Hope it wont be an issue.

Response: Hi Hari. Per Uship policies I am unable to provide you with any contact information from previous clients, or any info that might reroute us around the uship website. As far as pick-up, I am able to work around your schedule as I am working at UC Berkeley every week during the summer running a kids technology camp. I also live in Walnut Creek. My quote is based on the info provided in the inventory listed. If the additional boxes are small then I am okay with that price but if they are large I have to reformulate my bid but it still should be no more than $50-75. Steve (7/4/2009)

I have confirmed that there will be no problems with receipt on the NJ end. I am flexible on arrival dates - I assume we will be in phone contact as the truck approaches NJ regarding actual date and time of delivery.

I will definitely need a receipt from you. Additionally, when do you think delivery would be in NJ? Just need to make sure it falls on a day when someone will be around to receive. Response: This may be tough to coordinate because I plan to make drop-offs the weekend of the 15th in NJ/NYC. I, any shipper really, can only guarantee a drop-off period of time, 72 hours, or so. It's too far off and too many miles to give you an exact date. For the price you are looking for there needs to be more flexibility. Steve (7/18/2009)

Response: Boxes are about 1.5x1.5x1.5ft. Bike is not in a box, is assembled - you could take off the front tire.
