Piano bench included. Two steps to carport at pickup location or 2 steps out front door with sidewalk to driveway. Hardwood floors at pickup. Paved driveway with slight downward incline to house. On dead end street. 3 steps on front porch of delivery location. Paved drive with sidewalk to front door, or over grass from road to front door.

Response: My understanding is that I could get things shipped through Uship for up to 80% less than the going rate. All the private places I have contacted are quoting me between $1100 and $1400. I don't have that kind of money and am looking for something much cheaper if possible. (3/28/2008)
