Response: Hi Mike, As I understand it, the seller lives in an apartment complex and said that she would need to know in advance when it was being picked up so that she could be there, so it is possible that she can get a neighbor to help load. (8/9/2007)

Response: I will be there if you get this. I will check early enough in the morning to be able to be there on time. If not, it is possible that I can pick up in the afternoon.
