Response: Ok. I finally received a reply from the seller. She said it could be picked up before 12 p.m. tomorrow, but said she would be flexible. It is in the garage. Someone will be there to help load it. -Just curious, but how will you prevent it from getting wet? I know there will be rain in the area tomorrow. I know the total bid will be around $227. I am supposed to pay you around $200 cash at time of delivery. When do I pay the other $27? I'm new to USHIP and I'm not sure how this works. Also when would the approximate delivery time be? Response: Yes that does include insurance. And, I will possibly need assistance loading and unloading. It will be padded blanket wrapped and secured with soft straps to prevent movement or damage while in transport. And, may I ask is this 1st floor to 1st floor? Response: It's ready now. This item must be picked up withing 10 days of auction end. The auction ended yesterday. I think the seller is flexible on pickup. I will just need to let her know when you are coming. The dimensions are listed on my shipment. These are the dimensions the seller provided. The item is in her garage. There are no steps. You will be picking it up from her garage and dropping it off at ours. There will be help with loading and unloading. (4/11/2008)
