Response: Is there anyway to pick it up earlier. The sellers ebay listing said it needed to be picked up in five days, so I don't want to cause problems with them. I've already paid for the item, so that is done but I haven't received the address and contact information of the seller. To be honest I think since they are so slow to give me the address/phone and information even though I paid for the item already should mean they shouldn't be in a rush. Can you do the pick up earlier or do you think you could contact the seller as soon as I give you the contact info to get them to work with you? As long as they are good with it, I am good with your plan. Let me know and I'll approve your bid. Response: Hi Paula, I just looked up the other carrier on the referenced website. The numbers DO NOT check out. We are legal carriers and have a DOT# and a MC#. If a transporter does not have these #, you risk losing your item to the DOT. Here is a website Uship allows us to give out to make sure your transporter is registered with the DOT/FMCSA (as required by law). http://li-public.fmcsa.dot.gov/LIVIEW/pkg_carrquery.prc_carrlist Our DOT# is 1253812. live and work in Texas and then arrange your routes. My main concern is to make sure the buyer is happy and the desk is picked up in the 5 days the ebay listing stated was required. And I will work with you to have time to set up your route so this desk works out in with other shipments to make your truck full, plus make it easier for you with the cost of gas being so high. But to let you know, my husband will be home every day of next week and I am sure he can help you unload when you arrive. After this week I won't have him to draft, and I'll have to work with you before and after work. But weekends are good, and I'll make sure you have someone here to help. Response: Paula, Thank you for the replies. Unfortunately my OH trip got cancelled. I'am heading up to Chicago and back. I never know where Iam going, as I am a company driver. Typically I get up to OH about once every 6 to 8 weeks. I could pick up the desk on Saturday and store it here at my house until i go your way, if you want to do that. Or if your in a bind with the seller to remove the desk, I can pick up the desk, store it, and you could re-list the item on Uship, and maybe someone might be able to move the desk to you faster then I would.
