Response: Does this still need to be at the port by Monday? Our cargo insurance is $150,000.00 and our liability insurance is $1,000,000.00. (11/21/2009)

Response: which monday the 23rd of november? no, we are waiting for the dock receipt, we should have it by wendesday. without this receipt you cannot enter the port.
thank you. we do look forward hearing from you kind regards andreas (11/21/2009)

Response: Ok if you have the dock receipt on Wednesday can we move this for you on Monday 11-30-09? We can pick it up and deliver it to the port on the same day. (11/21/2009)

Response: so sorry for all the confusion, we had different information again, oh my gosh, but we got it now in order. pickup and delivery would be on the first of december. will this work for you? can you make it? please get back to us .
thank you. we do look forward hearing from you. kind regards andreas (11/21/2009)

Response: Yes we can make it. Colonial Airstream said they can probably have it ready on 11-30-09. We can pick it up that night before they close and have it to the port in Baltimore on 12-1-09 when they open. No problem, I know it must be difficult trying to get this all together from another country. I will not book anything else for that Monday and Tuesday. Katrina (11/21/2009)

Question: Are you ready to ship this... we re-bid as you asked and are ready to pickup and delivery by monday!!!! (11/18/2009)

Response: would you be able to pick up and deliver on the 25th or 26 of November? we assume that the shipper gave us wrong information, we cannot get hold of him today. we just want to be sure that the trailer is there on time.
we do look forward hearing from you. kind regards
andreas

Response: Hello Andreas. The 25th of November we will be transporting a boat to Georgia and the 26th is an American Holiday and the port will be closed. If you tell me which Shipping company we are dropping the trailer off at I can contact them and find out if they will be open on the 27th. Katrina (11/21/2009)

Response: okay our shipper just got back to us. the trailer needs to be there on monday the 23rd of november. sorry for the confusion, can you make it? (11/21/2009)

Response: Is the dock receipt going to be ready on Monday? I can pick the trailer up and have it there for Monday, but I need all the paperwork to be correct. We can have it done for you on Monday morning. (11/21/2009)

Response: i juszt try to get everything up and running with the shipper. sounds good (11/21/2009)

Response: I just talked to Patrick at the Airstream dealer and was advised that there are parts that you order that haven't arrived yet. He also advised that there is paperwork and title work that still isn't completed yet. He told me that they can have the trailer ready for pickup on 11-30-09 or 12-1-09. We can pick up and deliver for you on 11-30-09 and be at the port on the same day. Katrina (11/21/2009)

Response: you talked to whom? we have the information from our client that the trailer is good to go??? colonial airstream told him we can pick it up...are you sure? (11/21/2009)

Response: I talked to Patrick. He said the woman that your client has been dealing with is off today, but he called her and the paperwork isn't completed yet. There were also some chairs and other items that were ordered and they haven't arrived. The dealer said that the transport was delayed until 12-1-09 and they weren't notified that it has been changed back to 11-23-09. They can have it ready for me on 11-30-09. We can pick up that Monday and still have it to the port on the same day. Katrina (11/21/2009)
