Questions for this shipment:

Question: Does the load location have a forklift or dock with pallet jack?...Mark (9/28/2009)
Response: The pickup is a private home so very doubtful. Instead, the pallet is designed to be carried by two people and then boxes are stacked on top of the pallet and wrapped in plastic. (9/28/2009)
Response: I'll do some pricing and get back to you in a couple days...Mark (9/28/2009)
Response: Thank you sir. I'll confirm with the seller and if there's anything else you need to know I'll let you know asap. Thank you for your time and help! (9/28/2009)
Question: Does the pallet have to be shipped with the kit-can it be left behind? I have an enclosed trailer with plenty of tie down spots and shipping blankets. Everything is new and maintained. I can pick up on Monday. Please advise-Joe Jakubus (10/2/2009)
Response: Actually, the pallet itself contains aluminum skins as part of the kit, so it must be brought whole and intact. I believe the kit will ready for pickup mid next week if that's possible. Thank you for your interest and help! (10/2/2009)
Response: Is it safe to say then that the aluminum panels are 4' wide x 10' long. I ask this because I would prefer to lay the panels flat without the boxes on them. A 2400 mile trip is bound to have impact on those panels, since the aluminum is a soft alloy. (10/2/2009)
Response: The pallet is hollowed out for a bunch of aluminum sheets encased in it. I believe the aluminum sheets are pretty well protected within the cavity in the built up pallet. There have been many kits shipped overseas with no damage to parts. Please let me know if you have any other questions! Thank you! (10/2/2009)
Question: Hello, I have read the q & a portion of your listing and ask this: Can the skid be hand loaded and the skid or the plywood bottoms and skins loaded sepertely? (10/2/2009)
Response: The pallet by itself weighs around 200 pounds total with the aluminum sheets enclosed in it. It's designed for two people to load up the pallet and then stack the boxes on top for shipment. Thank you for the interest! (10/2/2009)
