Additional Information: This is a simple move. I have a 15 by 20 public storage locker in Mo. already packed to the ceiling with small (24x24) boxes and some uncomplicated furniture that will take up about 30 feet of linear space in a truck and take less than 2 hours to load. Drive to Chicago's north side and unload into my 3rd floor apartment. Need done in December.

Response: I am not concerned about the moving date. Anytime in December is fine. I do not have an inventory but I do know what is in the storage locker. It is smaller boxes of books and personal items that one person can lift and carry without help. The furniture is a two man job. Nothing huge like pianos etc. I would be willing, for the right moving price, to hire locals in Chicago to do the unloading to the 3rd floor. Let me know. (12/2/2007)

I would need some type of inventory to give you a far price.As far as the unloading we can umload your household goods, or you can hire labor as you had stated in your last response. Response: Sir: I do not have an inventory. The storage locker is in Missouri and I am in Chicago. I have been clear about what is in there and the size of the locker. It is completely filled. You need around 30 linear feet of truck space to transport. I do not have a target price as the purpose of USHIP is to determine that. I would, based on the other bids I have declined for one reason or another, agree to around $750. You are the professional. If you wish to make a bid I will entertain it. Thanks (12/4/2007)

Question: Does your building have a elevator that we can use, and is there a place to park the truck that is close like just outside the door? Seth (12/4/2007)

Response: Seth: There is no elevator. Three story wood porch. Parking is fine in the alley behind the apartment building maybe 20 feet from the door without obstruction. Let me know if you want this job and if so, this weekend or next. Rick (12/5/2007)
