Question: Hi is there a special permit resquired to transport alcohol? If it is not then I will make a bid. (3/14/2008)
Response: It is my understanding no permit is required for personal wine collections/purchases, which this is. Permits are required for shipments being resold by wholesalers/distributors I believe. However, I am relying on second hand info; if you have a concern, you may want to check with TX alcohol commission. Thanks! (3/23/2008)
