Questions for this shipment: 

Question: What kind of packaging help do you need for this? Would they fit inside the cabin of our Ford Expeditions to be transported there? We would put them inside the truck and run them down there - but want to make sure that we can do it before we bid on this. Your thoughts? (1/8/2008)
Response: I am not sure how big the Ford Cabin is. These stones would easily fit on two pallets without stacking or in one crate 2 layers high. As loose stones I could fit them in my minivan with the rear seat down. If more convenient, they can be handled loose and then packed in any available small space. The stone load is not fragile. Also, the nine stones listed weigh around 1250 lbs. Stone density is about 175 lbs/cf so the total volume is less than 10 cubic feet. I will correct the weight in the listing. (1/8/2008)
Question: Hi, I have to pull a trailer up to NJ next week and could pick them up on the way back for you. What price are you looking for? and would there be help to load and unload? Thanks (1/9/2008)
Response: I was trying to get this done for under $400. I am in Florida but the stone is at my Dad's house in NJ. He can't lift but I can arrange to get a couple of my nephews to help. To clarify the order, there were 10 items listed. 9 are stone (marble and granite) + 1 wooden cart (the last item listed). The cart can also be used to roll the stones up a ramp into the truck. Un-loading in Florida will be easy. (1/9/2008)

Response: I don't have a crate. I am in Florida and am not sure if I could get someone to find or build one for me in NJ. PS the total weight was changed to 1250 lbs (add up the 10 listed items). (1/9/2008)
