9 vehicles for transport to Angola

Response: Hi, If I ship two cars per container I must pay for more containers and that is not the meaning. I suggest three cars per container, ex.: 1st container for the: Murano, toyota 4runner and the Ford Explorer 2002, 2nd containter for the: Toyota RAV4, Ford Explore 2006 and the Volvo XC60, If you could provide the a 20feet container for the FORD F150 it would be great. The vehicles must be picked up by the dealers, you tell me, what kind of documents do you need to make it happen? You may discuss with the dealers, about the original title, if they'll send it to your office as you want or you'll receive the by the time you pickup the vehicles. BIVAC (Bureau Veritas) in Houston will provide the inspection certificates, after I receive a list a kind of quotation where you'll name all the cars the respective prices, the total freight amount. I'll get in contact with BIVAC in Angola and in couple of days BIVAC Houston will set a date for the inspection. (12/9/2008)

Response: Could you give me a quote, and explain all the steps of the shipment, ex.: 1st You'll send me the quotation, 2nd I'll send you a letter of intent with the invoices of the cars (and let you a deposit - we'll see) 3rd You'll pick up and regularize BIVAC inspection from here (or you'll give me a kind of quotation where you'll mention all the cars and their respective prices like the list above, and I'll regularize it for you in Angola, you'll just need to take contact with BIVAC Houston to set an inspection date) 4th After the inspection you'll send me a copy of the inspection certificate and I'll transfer 50% of the total amount, 5th You'll load the cars in the containers and put in the navy (you give me the navy number) I'll trace the cars and transfer you the other 50%, 6th Yo'll send all the docs: a) title (under my name - you'll pick up by the dealer), b) Original Invoice (under my name - pick up by the dealer), c) The bill of lading, d) Copy of Inpect.
