Response: I have one question for you who will be at the camp site to accept this vehicle and how will I know hours of pick up and delievry. Also how far off the road is the camp site???? Also you say its decoratd is it painted with paint on the outside?? And if so is the paint water proof??? Please let me know ASAP. Response: Hello...the car is decorated with beads, toys, santas, all sort of stuff. it stays out in the elements. it drives on the freeway and everything is secured by silicone, screws and wire. the camp site is on a road, perhaps some dirt, but mostly pavement.i do not have photos of this car or a web site. you can google rockettebob or check artcaragency.com to see some of my other cars. you can google salvation mtn/slab city to see kinda where it needs to go. i will be driving a decorated truck and trailer to the site soon. there is an art camp, i have a map to the site. i would like to get this down there soon. thank you for your help. bob (11/18/2007)
Response: BOB GOOD NEWS can pick up wedneday and drop off friday-saturday. Will this work???Also is there any way for someone to meet the driver off of the road. I carry full value insurance on any vehicle transported to $100,000. & $1,000,000. liability. I am DOT compliant, My MC#618164. My service is door to door and COD. My rate can vary according to fuel costs at the time on the traveled route(at this time in So & Central Cal $3.69/9 gal for diesel) is $1.19 per loaded mile provided I can get a load the other way. (I am working on a load from San Diego to the Sacramento area) Your trip is 707 mi. so my bid would be $841.33. I will try to schedule within your time frame and the time frame of my other load.
