Special Handling Instructions:
The table needs to be disassembled on site and moved down 4 flights of stairs. At delivery site table will be placed in garage. The table also needs to be picked up no later than 7/16/08. We do not need the table reassembled. Thank you for bidding!!

Question: Your length and width includes railings and pockets p slate should be 4' x 8' (7/10/2008)
Question: Hello, Yes I have done this before. I assume that your table is 4'x 8' or smaller, has a 1" slate bed and pedestal. You start by removing the pockets, and then the railings (bolted underneath,) next is the slate, separated from base and then disassemble the pedestal. I have full bed (8') pickup with 4'3" between wheel wells so it will rest on the flat bed of the truck, if not I will build a box to rest above the wheel wells. Everything gets wrapped in moving blankets and bubble wrap (Don't forget to box up all the bolts, etc.) Felt is removed for shipping. My truck has a roll top (aluminum) that encloses the bed to protect the table from the elements. Yes I will pick up on the designated day – Tell me when you would like to do this? I will deliver within 2-3 days. (7/10/2008)
Response: Hi again. We wanted to get the pool table shipped in the next few days (no later than tuesday), but I wanted to confirm that you would be disassembling the table and packing it up. Please let me know as soon as you can. Thank you very much. (7/11/2008)

Response: Shipper, I have answered the question, perhaps it got lost or we are crossing paths. Yes, as stated in the bid; I will disassemble, wrap for shipping (not storage) and ship door to door. Sorry for the confusion. Once we have an acceptance of bid (uship rules,) we can discuss any questions by phone. I have done many special hauls such as this. You will have all my information and license number at time of pick-up. Payment is in cash, 50% at pick-up, balance at delivery. Allow 1-2 hours to disassemble and remove from property. An inspection of property will be made at the time of pick-up and pictures will be taken to ensure an understanding of the condition of the property at the time of pick-up. I am trying to schedule for other shippers, when would you like to schedule pick-up? Are there any other questions I can answer to help you feel better about this shipment? Mark (7/11/2008)
