Question: Are you looking for a licensed and insured mover or whoever is the cheapest? Do you have a target price for this shipment? (8/23/2009)
Response: This is my first uship experience. Recommended by a friend. I've rented a truck on my first trip @ cost of $400 (incl gas) and paid R&L to ship last load also @ about $400. This load weighs less than previous 2 so something less than $400 is my target. Not the cheapest. Insured - yes. (8/23/2009)
Response: We appreciate your bid request and will be happy to bid on your listing first thing Monday morning. I just have to check with the boss first. Please be aware that to ship household goods in Ohio and most states requires special licensing and insurance. No insurance company will cover the cost of goods damaged or impounded during the course of a move done illegally. (8/23/2009)

Response: We have set aside time this evening to review bids, make a decision. Are you proposing an open trailer? How will our items be protected from the elements in the event of bad weather? In particular mattress/box spring. I certainly understand your desire to get a route set up and if you can await our decision that would be great. Else, no worries. Response: Your items would be in the bed of my pick up and on the open trailer. We certainly can cover them to protect them in the event of rain during my several hour drive from you to Atlanta area and will gladly do so. The sooner the better, as I have cargo in GA already waiting to be pick-up asap. I am Redhawk Courier & Expediting with DOT/MC and all required insurance. My bid includes 100,000 cargo insurance.
