Response: The delivery is to the first floor. Our home in Allison Park is a tri-level home. The dining room is on the 2nd level of the tri level and the bedroom is on the 3rd level

If I understood what was said, all the items are on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level of the home? Am I correct on that part? The items are not antiques. We have built a house in florida and are sending down our dining room set and our bedroom set. The dining room is 5 steps from the ground. I have sliding glass doors off of that room to the outside and it will not be difficult to take out. The same with the bedroom furniture. Take it from the 3rd level to the 2nd level and out the sliding glass doors. Not as difficult as you would think.
