Additional Information: we live on a hill so there are about 40 steps up to our front door and 10 more inside up into our living room. this sign is vintage and porcelain so it will need to be crated carefully. the seller is not going to do any preparing of the sign, so you guys would be responsible for getting it all ready to ship. many thanks!
