Question: are these round bales (7/31/2009)
Response: Sorry! Yes they are round bales and they are 4x5. I have 68 round bales in all so I'm looking for someone with a big rig to haul at lest 34 round bales at a time. I need it moved from Farmersville, TX to Lockhart, TX where we are in a extreme drought!! (7/31/2009)
Question: I can bid for around $1200 for both loads plus usip fees or less if you will except a bid for around $580 for just one load plus uship fees. (8/1/2009)
Response: Hi Mike, I would prefer a bid on 34 bales; that way I can evaluate the service and decide whether to go with the 2nd load with the same folks or not. A lot of bidders were getting confused on whether they were bidding on 34 or 68 bales. Just make sure in the bid it clearly states you are bidding on a single load, and please include the Uship fees in your bid for an even comparison with the other bidders, as you will be accountable for paying them. Response: Mike65, I need 1 load this week if at all possible, since I am almost completely out of hay for my cattle. Of course I'd like to get both loads ASAP, but if you need a little time between the 2 loads due to other shipping commitments, that is OK, as long as there isn't a really long delay, say more than 2 weeks. thanks. Question: One other thing, you mention me paying uship, I may not be clear about how this site works but don't you pay uship and then me out side the site? My bid will include the uship fee. (8/3/2009)
Response: This is the first time I am using this site too. The way I understand it to work, as soon as I accept a bid, they will take the amount of your fees from my PayPall account. Then I owe you the remaining balance, which I can pay you either with Paypal, credit card, or a check, which ever you prefer. I don't know what their software does from your side. Hopefully it tells you how much they are taking and how much is left from the bid. I probably see the bid with the 2 added together. Based on the ballpark you gave me yesterday, they must be adding their fees into the amount I see in the bid. There are some much smaller listing fee I have to pay as well as the buyer as well, but it isn't much. Thanks for your bid. If I accept your offer, when could you do the delivery? (8/3/2009)
