Response: that's not the way it works. The only way you can get flagged is if you negotiat a listed shipment outside of the system. There are guys all over the US that are fed up with U-ships terrible customer service and disfunctional website, who are doing their own contracting. I use a couple of them all the time, and they still have excellant U-ship ratings (5/17/2008)

Response: I know, the handling price here is way to high . The funny thing is they make us list our dot info or mc info on our profile and anyone could find us through a search so i'm not sure why they get so bent out of shape when we actually input the data in our responses. Response: The reality is that if U-ship did limit your ability to do business, it would be a serious Federal Trade Commissions violation of free trade. It constitutes restriction of trade, and also falls under monolopy, and other trade commissions violations. One of these days, many of these "you must agree to our terms" internet services are going to get busted in a very big way. (5/17/2008)

Response: I will accept your bid, but the guy works durring the day. He says he can meet you at the place where the engine is. [phone number removed] U-ship, the vendor must coordinate this pick up with the seller before I can accept his bid. This, like all transactions, is time sensitive.
