Response: We are buying from a freind of my wife's, father. I am getting 1st cut for $1.75 and 2nd cut $2.25 @ ~ 40lb. bales. I have tried buying hay from NY last year without seeing it first and wasn't happy with the quality. I had to through out 60 bales and the horses only ate it if very very hungry. (10/6/2008)

Response: The Farmer will load at his end and I will have unloaders at this end. So no additional help is needed (10/6/2008)
Question: Are you looking for a flat bed or a dry van? (10/24/2008)
Response: Maybe either. Another trucker suggested flat bed with water proof tarps to cover the hay. The bales are ~ 32" - 36" long and 20"W X 12"H. (10/24/2008)
