Appreciate the bid and it's currently the lowest. I have a few questions. I want to make sure you understand that while there is some flexibility on the pick up date to load the bikes in Murray that we must have them at the Denver airport when we come off the plane on July 28th 11AM. And then again it's important that we load the bikes on the evening of August 5th for the trip back to Murray. I guess I just want to make sure to all the bidders how critical it will be to hit those dates.
Also like to know what equipment you have, truck year, make and model and trailer. As noted in the bid we want to have our luggage and helmets travel with the bikes so we don't have to carry on the plane. Need to verify that the luggage is not a problem for you.
Please ask me all the questions you can think of that will insure that this trip will go smoothly. I would much rather talk about it all now than to have any confusion later.

Hi thanks for the question. Right now I have a 2006 Ford F350 diesel 4x4 (possibly my new Chev Duramax)my trailer is a 2012 Hurricane 26ft enclosed with bike chocks. I'm out of Utah and travel back and forth quite often. Your motorbikes would be top priority on this trip so I can meet your dates exact. Thanks, Don...Shipped4U

Just to make sure everything is clear. You will be able to pick up the bikes a week or more before July 28th but we need the bikes at the Denver Airport on the 28th. (flight arrives 11AM). Then on Aug. 3rd evening we will be back in Denver and stay at a airport area hotel for the night. We can load that evening or the next morning (Sat. 4th). We fly out Aug 4th. So there are two important times to coordinate. Being at the Airport on July 28th when we come walking off the plane and then Aug. 3rd or 4th when we need to load before we fly out. Some of the guys are giving me the "what if he ain't there" questions and I need to make them feel real confident that you are comfortable that this will work. Is there anything you can think of that you need to ask me?
I will pick up the bikes and have them delivered when you arrive at the airport when you arrive. If you stay at one of the hotels when you depart, it will make loading a whole lot easier than the airport. It is most important to me that I meet you at the airport when you arrive so you are able to ride away. I am seriously looking forward to hearing how nice it is. It really sounds like something that more people would like to do. I will work out the details when I receive the exact needs of your schedule. Thanks.

Might have another guy that wants to go. Do you have room for 5 motorcycles and is there additional cost for the 5th bike.
Hi Marc, thanks for the reply. I would be happy to assist you with the additional bike. I need to know what kind of bike it is, and what size to ensure that it will fit. If so, then yes, there would be an additional cost. It would bring your total up to $3000.

Hi Marc, in respsonse to your question, I do understand the terms of this shipment completely and will be more than able to accomodate. As far as reassurance, I want you to know that I live in the eastern part of KY (Somerset), so the bikes are just a few short hours from us, therefore getting the bikes is no issue whatsoever. Since we are so close to the bikes, would you be comfortable with us picking up the bikes on the 25th rather than a week before? This would save us time, a trip, and fuel expenses. Of course we would have the bikes in Denver on the 27th and have them waiting for you at the airport at 11am on the 28th. Let me know how you feel about this. Also, due to the fact that the bikes are so close to us, we will be able to have them back at their location in KY by August 6th. Thanks, Brian

Getting close to making a choice on who to use. Any questions that you might have for me? Your price is higher but we like your feedback and that's important to us. Just to be clear we will have 6 full size dresser Harley's with luggage and helmets that need to be at Denver airport on July 28th at 11AM as we come off the plane. Then pickup on the evening of August 5th (sunday) for us to fly out next day. Just want to make sure I answer all of your questions as we want to be a great customer and this to be a good haul for you.
