Question: CAn do this for you the week of 21st . Are you going to wait until the 11 of Feb to make a decision? Does the truck run? does it have tires on it? Would like to know as to make a good bid and reasonable amount of time to load ,secure and unload it. Realize fuel is at a all time high. Response: Hi there: The 1967 Chevy dump truck is in working condition and it has tires. The friend that is keeping it for me is pretty sure that he can find a loading dock if necessary. The exact measurements are as follows: Length: 20 ft., width: 8 feet, height: 7 feet 9 inches. The weight is 10,000 lb. Please submit your bid. Response: Hi Rafeal, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. we are able to load your dump truck on our landoll trailer(52). we do not need any docks as this trailer is designed for self loading . I can drive on and drive off,very specialized trailer.We haul military vehicles,Fire trucks,aircraft,Buses and heavy equipment. Due to cost of this equipment and fuel prices the way they are now it is a little pricey. We can do it and have your truck up to you overnight.Your cost with all inclusive bis is in the area of 1100.00 dollars. I can do this with 24hour notification tony@tandk (1/16/2008)
Question: Hello shipper, I need to know if it runs and the overall height of the truck please then I can submit my bid. My trailer has a winch on it so I can haul it running or not. I'm in So Cal, know where Lynwood and Stockton are and I'm an Owner/Operator so no 3rd party brokers involved. My truck and your cargo are insured, no liability to you. Response: Rafael, thanks for replying so quick. I can haul your dumptruck on my trailer and I DONT need a loading ramp since my trailer is a hydraulic beavertail and can pick it up anywhere it's stored and deliver anythere to you - no loading ramp needed. If I haul it by itself it's $1400 and if I can find something else to haul with it I can lower the price but wont know how much until I find something. I can even pick your truck up and store it in my secure yard (if needed) for a few days until I find something to haul with your truck. Let me know if you want me to do haul it, and I'll start bidding/calling around on other freight to haul to help you with your price. Thanks again for getting the exact measurements, it really helps!
