Additional Information: 6 boxes of used soccer gear that needs to get to VA on its way to an orphanage in Guatemala. The boxes range in weight from about 25-50 pounds (I weighed what appears to be the heaviest and lightest box). There is no hurry on the shipment, so filling in space on a truck at any time is fine. Since this is a charitable act on my daughter's part and she's going to have to fundraise to reimburse me for the shipping costs, she will definitely appreciate your best rate! Report a Violation
Charitable Designation: My high school daughter has collected used soccer gear that is on its way to an orphanage in Guatemala, where the kids don't even have shoes let alone soccer equipment! It needs to get to VA where a local agent will take it to Guatemala. I am really proud of her for making this happen and hope that you can help her out on the shipping! Report a Violation

Question: be in that area by end of month would $300 work (11/1/2009)
Response: Sorry, I am new to uship so I don't think my responses went through. Kevin, $300 seems fair. There is a slight chance that the number of boxes will go up to 11 (I have 5 more that are supposed to go to another organization in PA but they have been unresponsive, so I might send them with this shipment). If that's the case, then I will want to lump all 11 together. So I will likely wait until the end of the week when I know to finalize/accept any bid. (11/3/2009)

Question: Could you arrange to me meet in Fredericksburg Va on Mon 11/23? I will be leaving Mass on the 22nd, but going only to F'burg area. This could be done cheaply if you can arrange to pick the boxes up. (11/1/2009)
Response: Not sure if my previous answer went through, but Fredericksburg seems to be about 300 miles away from where the boxes need to go, which is too far for me to ask the organization to drive to pick them up. Thank you for offering this up as an option though! (11/3/2009)
