Response: The storage facility is located in New York City at 626 West 28th Street (btw 11th and 12th Ave) and the apt is on 35th (btw 2nd and 3rd Ave) I may try to find suitable storage closer to the apt if that is feasible.
The Vegas pick-up from my storage room can wait but the 3 boxes I need picked up from the wharehouse may not because the company holding them expected to have them picked up this week. I may be able to pick them up myself as long as I can deliver a shipping invoice to them that indicates that a shipper will be transporting the items out of NV (its a sales tax issue).
As far as the stuff in storage is concerned, I had wanted to be there at pick-up but may not be able to be depending on date, so I'd have to make some arrangements.
Are you leaving from LV? What date?
If you are interested in bidding, please do so soon as I will be in LV the next few days and if I know what to expect, I can make better arrangements.

Response: I need a little more info. What's the weight and dimensions of the three boxes at the warehouse(aprox)? Is the warehouse open on a Sat? Is your apt. a walk up or is there an elevator? I'd probably be around seven fifty. To get close to your target We'd have to bring everything to the storage on the west side and eliminate the extra p/u in Vegas. (3/23/2008)
Response: These are the dimensions of the boxes at the warehouse in inches: 65x6x50, 65x6x46, 35x5x45. There is also a tube I didn't know about: 36x8.
They are not open on the weekend, only 9-5 weekdays...do you know your exact P/U date yet?
The apt in NY has an elevator, although I probably wouldn't even need you to unload upstairs...it would just be a few boxes dropped off downstairs.
The main issue with the items at the warehouse in LV is that they require a shipping invoice to prove that these items are going out of state. There might be a possibility that I might be able to transfer those items to my storage if I am still able to provide them with a legitimate shipping invoice from a third party (you). Would that be possible? Let me know, as I am in LV until tomorrow and I can try and make arrangements.

Actually, I would still appreciate it if you would bid based on what we were discussing as security is also important to me and I feel more comfortable knowing that we have been in contact over the last week.
