Freight description: 500-550 bags aprox of Poly Vinyl Alcohols(NON DANGEROUS MATERIAL). The bags fell off of the pallets onto a highway. The police needed a quick cleanup so the bags were quickly put into a dumpster container. Some are still palletized and shrinkwrapped, but most are not. Some of the bags were torn. There is also some freshwater damage do to rainwater. Product was tarped, but the bags on the bottom show signs of water exposure. Quantities are approximations.
Additional Information: THE WINNER WILL HAVE TO HAVE PRODUCT (INTACT + BROKEN BAGS) TAKEN OUT OF DUMPSTER CONTAINERS AND LOADED ONTO TRUCK ONE BY ONE THEN PALLETIZED AND SHRINKWRAPED. MY EXPECT IS TO HAVE 10 TO 12 PALLETS W/50 BAGS PER PALLET (5 BASE X 10 HEIGHT. # OF BAGS COUNT AND # OF PALLETS, MUST BE PROVIDED. *** NO CASH PAYMENT *** Report a Violation

Question: Are you willing to pay for the labor for loading the bags and for removing the the bags out of the dump.there is a lot of time and labor in repalletizing your bags. Sorry that spill happen to you hope know one was hurt. (7/3/2009)

Response: I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY PALLETS ARE AVAILABLE AT SITE. PREVIOUS TO ACCIDENT MERCHANDISE WAS PALLETED, BUT I'M NOT SURE IF ALL PALLETS NECESSARY ARE THERE OR NOT. ASSUME THERE WILL BE NEED OF 5 PALLETS. (7/3/2009)
